STORK is a small, local coffee business built for Storrington.
When we met, we knew a few things almost instantly. We were going to be life‑long friends; we wanted to build something for the community I grew up in (and Georgia has wholeheartedly adopted); and we discovered very quickly that running a coffee cart is absolutely not for the faint‑hearted.
I grew up in this village, and now I’m raising my boys here with my husband. I know the school runs, the chaotic morning shuffle, the familiar faces you see whether you intend to or not, and all the tiny, ordinary moments that make Storrington feel like home. That’s the life we wanted STORK to slip into.
We built this business to celebrate the village, not to mimic the big chains. We want to collaborate with other independents, champion local makers, and serve really (really) great coffee. Our beans are roasted locally, and we will continue to strive to source local suppliers . STORK is rooted in connection, to people, to a place, and to the small businesses that keep this village alive.
We’re genuinely excited for what’s ahead. We can’t wait to see familiar faces, welcome new ones, and grow a coffee business that feels woven into the everyday life of the community that’s given us so much.

Our Vision
Our vision is to become part of the everyday life in storrington, part of your morning ritual. we love to be out and about in the community, meeting people and serving the place that has given us so much. Eventually we hope to give back in to this community growing alongside the people who have supported us.
We want to know our customers, listen to their thoughts and evolve with them. Respect sits at the centre of everything we do. We love serving coffee but its serving the community well that matters more.
Alongside our village life we will stepping into the world of events, weddings and festivals! We have spent years doing this for others and now we’re excited to bring the same love, energy and passion we have for Stork to people’s biggest days!
